I'm really happy about the creative coin token to encourage creative steemians! I agree with you when you wrote "when you give all this freedom, the system abusers come in and run roughshod over the legitimate users, and you end up with uncontrolled chaos, not freedom" and looking around me now, I think the tribes could be the right answer for freedom without uncontrolled chaos ^_^ Happy creative time!
