I love sculpting stones.
I agree with you there, less limiting, and they are always cool. Another I use is a flatten brush with a sharp edge.

Yeah, it's surprisingly fun. Maybe I'll try sculpting different type of stone later.
I rarely use that brush, maybe I should use it more to get the result I've been looking for.
