7th circle Decrypted: Philosophy and Themes behind my Black and White Photo Challenge - Day 1

in #art8 years ago (edited)

When I took part in the 7 Day Black and White Photo Challenge I said after the end of the challenge I'll make few posts further explaining the content of my posts. I'll be using the Day 1 picture which kicked off the entire adventure. All of my posts were made with a very metaphysical meaning and they were meant as brain teasers. If you know anything about me, I love those kind of challenges. Here are some proof. You can try to enjoy them too:

10 Questions to make your Brain Hurt Challenge #1 Drag your friends in and present the most awesome answers :-)

10 Questions to make your Brain Hurt Challenge #2 Drag your friends in and present the most awesome answers :-)

Can you solve this riddle on human observation???

Philosophical riddle challenge: One of the toughest and smartest riddles I know. Solution will be revealed in 5 Days.

Some of the Best Life Advises I know in the form of a Riddle: How to prevent endless Debates.

First I must tell you that my explanation won't give you a complete insider look at the photos I've posted. They will be more like a bunch of hints and additional information to help your own thinking. Doing the thinking on your own is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. The improvements of your own mind cannot be taken away by anybody.

Let's dive into the 7th Circle in H

First of all, what were you thinking about when you saw the "H"? Did I try to mean Heaven or did I try to mean Hell. With each passing day I lower the number and by the time it's time for the Day 8 which is beyond the scope of challenge, whether you were following the Ascent from Hell or Decent from Heaven, you'd have reached a convergence point. So it kind of really doesn't matter which route you were taking. Just to keep your brains ticking I'll also drop this old article of my for you to read: https://steemit.com/philosophy/@vimukthi/the-myth-of-the-nihilist-nietzsche-analysis-of-his-philosophy-throughthe-eys-of-zen

The video does include a whole bunch of spoilers and I do not agree with certain interpretations present in the video. The same goes for the following movie directed by the masterpiece maker who went on to direct Arrival and Blade Runner 2049.

Both of these movies have a very simple story. Angel's Egg actually does have more things in it explored. But they both can be written down on a postcard. Whether people would understand if I write it down is a different question. The point is that they are both simple content delivered in very complex and profound ways. But that content is more of an idea to be known intuitively rather than something quantitative.

• No people.
• No explanation.

That's what the rules said. I didn't explain anything in my post and clearly there were no people in it. Still, a transgression was achieved. I drew them with a pencil and wrote with a blue pen. Of course you wouldn't see any of these because of the Black and White nature. But you can certainly see the mentions of the Game The Beginner's Guide which is a perfect 10 walking simulator masterpiece which I consider one of the greatest interactive experiences ever constructed by a human being. It's a strong statement but it's true. It deals with many things regarding eccentric people who think for themselves and the other people who judge them according their own beliefs. (I mean Gillian Flynn must have some pretty screwed up marriage and live like a crazy EMO to write the kind of stuff she writes. She should be feared more than a crazy feminist. Right? I mean she wrote Gone Girl and Dark Places)

Oh just look at that beautiful smile and read the following.

“I don't know that we are actually human at this point, those of us who are like most of us, who grew up with TV and movies and now the Internet. If we are betrayed, we know the words to say; when a loved one dies, we know the words to say. If we want to play the stud or the smart-ass or the fool, we know the words to say. We are all working from the same dog-eared script. It's a very difficult era in which to be a person, just a real, actual person, instead of a collection of personality traits selected from an endless Automat of characters. And if all of us are play-acting, there can be no such thing as a soul mate, because we don't have genuine souls. It had gotten to the point where it seemed like nothing matters, because I'm not a real person and neither is anyone else.I would have done anything to feel real again.”

The Beginner's Guide is just 90 minutes of one person guiding you through another person's work and telling you a story about how they met and how he tried to help the creator of the games because he clearly needed it. It's a real masterpiece that explore on idea with a massive lot of other nifty ideas surrounding the primary concept. You can buy the game on Steam and it's totally worth your time.

What's with the Drawing of Rabbit and the Carrot?

Did you notice that the carrort's position can be easily replaced with a moon and make perfect or even better sense for the picture. Also Don't people say they see a rabbit when they look at the moon.

So what's with that? Well....... ever seen a random thing that made some kind of a sense like the racism allegory in Zootopia? Well it's just some stupid jargon. Black people (African American to be exact) were never cannibals and they didn't hunt down the white folk and ate them. The carnivores were predators and the herbivores got eaten. A parallel between reformed pedophiles and a grownups with some terrible childhood incidents would fit better than racism. So basically I'm just trolling that fact. Don't over think it. Don't make stuff up when there isn't anything. Just Chill.

Hopefully This would help your understanding and I really wish you'd try out the recommendations. They are truly Amazing.

Special thanks to everybody who joined the B&W challenge and a special mention: @erh.germany for dragging me into this ordeal.

I think the truth is black-and-white.

How does curation reward works in steem ?

The rewards are allocated so that 75% of the payout goes to the author of the post/comment, and 25% goes to the curator.

Of the 25% that goes to the curator, that portion will be split between the author and the curator if the curator votes within the first 30 minutes. The split of the 25% between the author and curator during the first 30 minutes is calculated linearly based on the time the vote is cast.

If a post is upvoted the moment of posting, 100% of the curation reward goes to the author.
At 3 minutes, 90% goes to the author and 10% to the curator.
At 15 minutes it's a 50/50 split.
At 27 minutes, 10% goes to the author and 90% to the curator.
If a post is upvoted 30 min after posting, 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator.

thnx ! Does resteeming cost some sp or is it free ?

Nothing costs anything except for buying STEEM/SBD. STEEM Power is like holding shares of a company which only serve its shareholders. The amount of SP you own is the amount of control you have on the platform. With your stake you can do anything.
https://steemd.com/@abhicrypto
You can vote until your VP is depleted and you can use the platform until your bandwidth is depleted. None of these will cost you anything.
