I believe the leaders of developing nations are putting forward the fear of loss of mania jobs as the reason they don't want to invest in AI. So, what is the reason they don't want to invest in anything that would benefit their country? They'll say there are no fund and they have natural resources which are being harnessed, whose revenues cannot be accounted for.
