I'm a newbie in Steemit and joined Steemit last night. So, i don't know much about Steemit. I need some inquiry about Steemit, hope vulnerable Steemit users are going to answer my questions.

1. First of all, what are the basic rule of Steemit?

2. How i'm gonna paid?

3. When i'm gonna withdraw my money?

4. What are the payments method?

Next to your photo top right hand corner is the three bars click on it a menu will come up loads of information to read hope it helps but I still have plenty of questions.
