Engagement and consistency matter here, along with the quality of the content (just like on every other Social media network). You must be in some La La Land if you think networks don't play any role in your success here on Hive.
So, I made a 1000 post with almost 10x comments, worked as a curator in multiple communities, have been a Discord mod for others, taught the working of Hive to newbies in communities like @theterminal, among other things, and you came one day expecting to match the rewards that I will get for no reason? You must be delusional to expect anything in your first few posts with so many abusers around.
Both Hive user and witness @bala41288 and @ecency will tell us why their vote is up?
If you knew Hive, you would know that some curation project rewards their curators with an increased upvote percentage. You must be new here if you don't know this basic thing about Hive. If you become an Ecency guest curator, you might get that increased percentage reward as well. You can check the Ecency Discord and apply for it. But most likely, you would be rejected because we are looking for experienced users, not new users like you.
So the @indiaunited community is voting for their "community leaders" @pravesh0?
I am not a community leader. In fact, you will find some of my posts that don't get curated by @indiaunited at all. Read the above paragraph again to know why many communities upvote their curators as incentives. It is not exclusive to just one.
They don't just repeat a paragraph-image-3/4 paragraph format and nothing but contentless information, they're synonymous with lengthening the publication.
LOL, maybe to you it is contentless because you are not interested in that specific community, but to someone who loves to consume that type of content, maybe it is gold dust? Who are we to judge what is quality content after all?
Also, congrats on finding that users use templates which they have developed over the years here.
And the rest of the stuff about the workings of Hivewatchers and other users will hopefully be explained to you by them.
