Well, unfortunately, or fortunately, for the eugenicists, the world is about to see a lot of people dying off.

The problem with conspiracy theories is that evil is almost always in conspiracy just because there is one way towards more evil, down, spiralling the drain. (whereas good can be in any direction up/outward)
And the people in charge of conspiracies definitely believe in astrology. All of there works are planned in accord with certain days
So, it may be a little less conspiracy, and more of a group that is pulled into performing the evil in the chart.
Like, this plandemic could not have happened without Jupiter AND Saturn transit.
