Badruddin, the husband of two styles, is a cunning and cunning man. His main job is to find new tricks for everything. His goal is always to get things done easily and without much effort. He is very good at another job. He verbally abuses his wife and daughter-in-law. He never feels tired of this job. He still scolds himself for the delusion he had twelve years ago, calling himself a 'donkey' and 'stupid'. It was a delusion! Otherwise, no one would do such a thing! No rice, no stove... The nature and character of his parents are not right... How can someone marry a girl from such a family! He cannot happily tell stories about his in-laws to a person. Huh! What a story! He had a rich father-in-law. One son and one daughter. If everything was fine, the property he had written in his daughter's name would have allowed him to live on his feet in his old age. He wouldn't have to go from office to office in the name of work. In the meantime, his wife was acting like a poisoned boil on his stomach. He hadn't even been able to raise a child in all these years. What kind of a fool would Badruddin be with such a useless girl!
His father-in-law was a senior engineer in a government office. He had earned nothing less in his life as a property owner. He had two or three houses in his own name and anonymously in Dhaka city. Badruddin kept all the news. Why wouldn't he? His job was to go around and get work done for these officers. Badruddin, the contractor, would drop by the office almost once a week. He would go to the officers' rooms and sit there, hoping for work.
