Are all steemers with an excellent reputation trustworthy?

I know that greedy and trustworthy can go hand in hand for some time.

But after a while one of the two will take the upper hand.

Use Case.

Most accounts are just member accounts with a oneway money transfer.

Autojackpot is different and as such an example use case.

We could focus on AutoJackpot managed by @jackbot with reputation 4.

Has he enough reputation to even start this service?

Investment for some alternate distribution.

Is this a good investment for the whole community or is good content all there is?
