1. Synchronization

Once you are ready to go home, a valet-like app would enable you to tell your car to come back to the entrance or drop-off point. This technology also could be used at home, where the car could be taught to remember a parking place so that you can get out of the vehicle and send the car to park itself.
6. Autonomous cars
Once cars are able to park by themselves, the next logical step is the ability to drive completely by themselves. Self-driving cars rely on technology such as lasers, radars and cameras to understand their surroundings. The Google self-driving car Waymo has already been around since 2009. The plan is for people to eventually be able to order a Waymo, and it would pick them up and take them where they want to go, increasing safety by reducing the risk of human error. Engineers are already testing self-driving cars on public highways and roads, and soon everyone will have access to self-driving cars at their local dealership.
