What are these piezoelectric particles and why can't we use them to produce current from sunlight on Earth?
I have no doubt that DARPA has imagined investigated and developed some of these technologies. I am not sure why NASA would be very involved with most of these weapons. Consider that before we publicly ended our bioweapons program we developed micronized aerosol anthrax, a single vial of which could kill a whole city if released upwind. The Soviets never claimed to end their bioweapons programs, by the late 80s they were creating GMO germs. They had one that you could release and then the population would get a cold like sickness for a few days and then be fine, a month later everyone would drop dead. Of course they have even crazier shit now. Interesting how they want to get around certain legal restrictions on what weapons may be used in war by inventing entirely new weapons systems that have not yet been banned.
Weather warfare is not really anything new, we used it in Vietnam.
The Chinese have offices of weather manipulation in each province.
Reading that patent is pretty awesome, weather modification is just one application, it can be used for missile defense but also you could use it like an EMP but much better, you can disrupt any or every frequency for your enemy and also use the device at the same time to provide yourself secure communications. And you don't have to detonate any nukes, it runs on natural gas, or any other significant enough power source. This thing is essentially Tesla's death ray but far more versatile.
I noted one of the photos said "biegart aviation" so I looked them up, turns out they modified military aircraft for crop dusting and helped eliminate several pest outbreaks and also did aerial firefighting and even helped to remediate the Exxon Valdez oil spill by spraying chemicals on the oil spill. So sorry, those don't seem to be secret photos that prove the chemtrail theory.

It's so sad that even after presenting so many evidences and even the patent describing how it all works, you are still saying that it doesn't prove Chemtrail theory? Perhaps that "biegart aviation" seemed you not taking any part in real Chemtrailing agenda?
Note: There are so many disinformation agenda going on and private company like "biegart aviation" would never want its dirty secrets get revealed. So they always put forth deception around it. A private company that modified military aircraft for crop dusting, aerial firefighting, also being used for modifing planes for real chemtrail work.
Well, we are not here to prove anything. We have put everything up^ there for people to see and decide using their critical thinking, outside of the box.
