The weekly upvote per share is the same for every share, but each user has their own weekly upvote weight calculated based on their natural shares and their bonus shares from upvoting @steembasicincome or providing delegation.
Each member then has their weekly voting weight divided by their upvote frequency. It's not 1 vote per day, it's one vote per article, although we will move to 1 vote max per day later.
The actual value of each update varies based on the prices of STEEM, and SBD, as well as whether people post at 50/50 or 100% (50/50 posts get more value). We target an effective SP per share that would recuperate the cost of each enrollment within 180 days (in pool 2) and even faster in pool 1.
Currently new members are being slotted into pool 2, as pool 1 is full.
