The overall pass rate decreased across the country but increased in Barisal The pass rate of the last year was 70.24 percent on the board of the South Zone.
In Barisal, the pass rate increased but the number of students found in GPA-5 decreased. Now, 670 GPA-5 has been achieved, where 815 people got last year.
Barisal Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board's test controller Anwarul Azim presented the overall picture of the results this afternoon at noon.
He said that among the 62 thousand 173 candidates this year, 43 thousand 861 passed. Girls are ahead in terms of passing rate and GPA-5.
Of those who have passed, 23 thousand 70 students and 20 thousand 791 students of the students.
In contrast to 370 students, 300 students got GPA-5.
