Nothing special I have to admit as only having swimming access in certain areas is for safety reasons and kind of sucks if you can swim well. It looks ideal for a wave ski though especially as it doesn't have big waves and would be good for fishing off one of those. I didn't go to the beach much either even though I used to live down the road from one. Your reasoning is sound for living their though as it makes a lot of sense.

as far as I know jetskis (if that is what you mean) are not allowed here and honestly, that is probably a good thing. I have been to beaches in Asia where they rent those things out and it just makes the beach noisy and unpleasant for anyone that isn't riding them. Surprisingly, the fishing here is terrible and much of this has to do with the fact that in the distance at night you can see a relative army of fishing boats in the distance who are likely taking every living creature out of the ocean.
