Even though I see every Sunday as beautiful, some are more so than others. Like, my Sunday today started out as an uneventful humdrum grocery shopping one, nice but definitely nothing to write home about. So a post dedicated to #beautifulSunday initiated by @ace108 was not on my list to do, that is until I saw this cloud formation in the sky.
The common sense part of my brain clearly saw a jet stream created by a jet soaring higher up into the sky. But, it was more that that, my creative brain taking in the combination of light swirly cloud formations around the jet stream. How amazing, I felt a little humble at nature's powerful artistic skills. Silly me, it was far more than a mere jet stream.
It was a beanstalk reaching up into the sky as I visualised Jack climbing up to a land of giants. Then it turned into a giant sunflower smiling its bright magnificence down on all the busy people. No, it was a alien land with a Great Central Sun beaming light on its inhabitants.
My imagination was in overdrive as I click away on my iPhone, it was too good to pass by without getting some more shots, the combination of light swirly clouds of different shapes and textures was really something.
My fun continued when I go home as I put different filters on the photos. They all gave a twist to nature's artwork. Here is the "Vivid Cool" look-

This is the "Dramatic Warm" look which to me gives an ambience of a magical fairyland.

"Vivid Warm" gives the photo an out of this world light etheric look, something that might be seen in another universal dimension.

The last filter is the "Noir" look, just a nice black and white that has a certain appeal too.

Being in the right place at the right time today presented me with a fun #beautifulSunday, not only to actually see this amazing bit of nature, take the photos but also the opportunities of playing around with the different filters.
Isn't funny how we can start a day thinking one thing and it is so not like that in the end. Expect the unexpected!

We did not see anyone when we walked five years ago, it was so quiet and so nice @ace108. Occasionally we would hear a cuckoo bird singing but not see it. Had no idea where it was!
