I guess I made a mistake, formulating my comment like that. I'm sorry Melinda! I know you are posting your own photos. I apologize.
I knew exactly what you meant! No worries. I just thought that if you were wondering, other people might be too. I really love the way that first picture turned out. That tree was one that they chewed down in my neighbor's yard. They did it in one night.
I love animals, especially small ones but this is not fun at all. To destroy an old tree like that in one night is sad. I hope they find another playground far from your property.
When they move into the city parks they live trap them and move them out of the city. They need someplace to live and I'm willing to sacrifice a few trees for their lunch! I think it will be interesting to watch them. And if they do too much damage the live trapping thing may be an option!
