FIRST GOT INTO MAKE UP when i was much
younger and much, much less confident. I
was so self-conscious that i went the other
way and pretended I was super sexy instead.
Say what you want about that logic, but I had
a serious unibrow situation that i needed to
work around.
When i was around 10, i'd put together all
these little shoots at home, I'd get my blanket
and hang it on the closets to make a backdrop.
then I'd have my friends come over, do our
make up, and style our outfits (horribly)
Years later, I was in the middle of a
bad break-up, and was in need of a little
distracting. I had wrapped up my studies
in fashion already, so that was out. This
time, I decided to learn how to makeup.
