Let's Get To It

This is the beer that was responsible for my lack of an entry last week. I know, I know.... it's not really the beers fault.... but I was celebrating a belated birthday with friends and well, the rest is what it is.

But I got this Cleveland Oh. IPA as a nice Birthday/ Father's Day Combo

It is from Collision Bend Brewing Co. Located in the flats district of C-Town

It's got a great view of the Terminal Tower and a couple other downtown buildings in Cleveland. Awesome color scheme and tribute to the city.

The beer is pretty good. It's his a little light for an IPA. Great notes and flavors of pine and citrus. You can smell them both during the poor. The citrus hits first and then the pine/ hops finish off the sip. It's pretty good.

The Terminal Tower

"Built during the skyscraper boom of the 1920s and 1930s, it was the second-tallest building in the world when it was completed. Terminal Tower stood as the tallest building in North America outside of New York City from its completion in 1930 until 1964."
