Hoy os traigo una cerveza diferente para el #beersaturday de esta semana. Un estilo poco habitual, una Berliner Weisse, de los que para mí son la mejor cervecera europea con diferencia. Estamos hablando de los maestros de Cloudwater Brew Co. Los de Manchester atesoran una merecidísima fama fruto de sus excelentes cervezas.

Inspirada en los paseos de verano por Berlín junto al río Spree. Esta cerveza, más propia de la época estival, es muy refrescante. La acidez domina todo el trago y se entremezcla de una manera perfecta con los sabores a pomelo blanco, uva y yuzu.
Realmente una delicia.
Tuve la suerte de visitar el Brewpub que estos chicos tienen en Londres hace un par de años y el próximo mes de marzo visitaré las instalaciones que tienen en su fábrica de Manchester. De todo ello os informaré en próximos artículos.
Today I bring you a different beer for this week's #beersaturday. An unusual style, a Berliner Weisse, one of those that for me are the best European brewery by far. We are talking about the masters of Cloudwater Brew Co. Those from Manchester have a well-deserved reputation for their excellent beers.

Inspired by summer walks in Berlin along the Spree river. This beer, more typical of the summer season, is very refreshing. The acidity dominates the entire drink and blends perfectly with the flavors of white grapefruit, grape and yuzu.
Truly a delight.
I was lucky enough to visit the Brewpub that these guys have in London a couple of years ago and next March I will visit the facilities that they have in their Manchester factory. I will inform you of all this in future articles.
