When I feel more comfortable going out and eating of course. I like how you pointed out that it is a bit more herbal. I have notice that pilsners from craft breweries tend to be that way.
That herbal flare is what makes them stand out vs. macro beer. It’s just enough flavor to justify the price increase too. I’d rather support local than big guys. I’m also surprised your local places don’t do a Founders Tap take over. I bet Founders would be happy to oblige when the pandemic subsides.
