Holy moly, Hive is active and seems to be running fairly well! We have taken a big step towards decentralization and getting rid of Justin and the TRON foundation. To celebrate I’m drinking Phospor by Homes Brewing. This American IPA is double dry hopped with Mosaic hops.
The beer has a bold aroma with tropical fruits and bright citrus notes. There is also a nice hoppy pine resin quality that lets you known you are about to drink an IPA.
The flavor is juicy and pillowy with heave IPA notes. These are flavors like lemon, lime, pine and bitter hops. It’s sweeter, but not too sweet. It’s perfectly balanced and drinks very well.
