Last night after some amazing spag bol (spaghetti bolognaise if u dont speak Aussie) i got home and cracked another of the random beers i found the other day.
As soon as i touched it and felt the little white import sticker i realised it was an imported American beer and i was in for elevated bitterness. You guys sure do love bitter beers and biggg hops.
I was wrong. Pleasantly wrong in fact. Yes the bitterness was there but gosh it was a tasty beverage. Perfectly cleansed the pallet after the delicious but thickly sauced pasta and prepped me for a great glass of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.
I might try finding this beer again....
