Craft brewers never cease to amazing me! TIPA?! The last I heard in South Africa, we were doing some Imperial IPAs and DIPAs (double IPAs), now I see this? I should send the memo to the South African craft brewers so that they can now start to make TIPAs as well! This looks really amazing and from your description, I am very jealous! Enjoy, my friend!
