Peanuts are such a tough taste to get right in a beer peanut butter is peanuty sure, but it's also buttery which is oil and oil and beer don't mix at all - It might be why you are getting the smell of the peanuts but the mouthfeel doesn't quite feel right - I'm impressed they tried.

Great points I think that could be the reason. I did not even think about it, but yeah the lighter mouthfeel was kind of smooth which could be oil.
