It's five days since my last beer tasting. For today I have Weisbier style beer.
Gusswerk Weizenguss
The beer is brewed by Brauerei Gusswerk, Hof bei Salzburg, Austria. The Brewery has a Bio-certificate, whatever this means nowadays...
I don't taste weissbier often, so...I was curious...cloudy golden color and a solid white foam. Typical weissbier taste at the start, fruity yeast aroma, then banana in the back. Slightly bitter aroma in the end.
It's drinkable. It's tasteful. As I mentioned, I don't drink this beer regularly, usually only in Bavaria, but even then only one, because more of these can lead you to some uncontrollable activities...
