BeeSwap v3, Proposal

in #beeswaplast year (edited)

The new BeeSwap version is already available at https://beeswap.dcity.io.

BeeSwap

BeeSwap is Hive browser wallet and Hive Engine DeFi application for cheap deposits and withdrawals to Hive Engine, providing interface for Hive Engine contracts like pools, market and NFTs in the future.

BeeSwap token (BXT) is very clean and easy to understand DeFi token distributed as rewards to liquidity providers.

We ask for $70 daily to maintain application and continue development of next elements to make the best Hive Engine interface and, maybe, even the best interface for all the 2nd layers combined.

Goals:

  • Easy access and management for Hive second layers tokens and projects.
  • Second tier funding - BXT token distributed to liquidity providers now, eventually shifting towards rewarding liquidity for local Hive projects or small projects directly.
  • DeFi Education.
  • Increased liquidity locally on Hive - 6M HIVE at the moment is stored on Hive Engine, pooled with other tokens, giving possiblity for people to exchange, buy or sell HIVE with other crypto.

Targets:

  • Hive Engine Token Market.
  • Hive Engine NFT Market.
  • Hive Engine Explorer.
  • BXT Governance - staked BXT will decide about distribution.
  • Creation tools for Hive Engine tokens and NFTs.
  • Eventually connecting other Hive second layers.

I think a Hive-Engine proposal might be better suited for this?

HBD is still best to handle development on hive
but will consider using BEE DAO later to boost creation, like BEE refunds on using engine contracts

Will you be adding support for Engine witness voting in the future?

will add this also for hive, simple witness voting and results

I will support the proposal. BeeSwap is such a handy tool especially for moving hive across layers.

Looks really slick. really good job with this!

Using it a lot actually, my voting power is delegated to emre, I'm sure he's aware of this proposal already.

I really enjoy using beeswap! Thank you for continuing to make it better!

Shouldn't a trading interface have its own income from fees? Genereally, across crypto, even wallet apps and data providers get their income from trading fees. If Beeswap is so good, users will be prepared to pay a small percentage.

100% fees from convert, deposit/withdraw to/from engine network, goes back to beeswap users/liquidity providers

100% fees from trading in engine pools goes to liquidity providers

BeeSwap is only interface for blockchain
