Exactly, on any given tuesday we continue to do the work we did on monday, except starting tuesday, we don't pay for anything, we just take it from the shelves that our labors filled.
Sure, some adjustments will need to be made, but as long as the current workers carry us while the transition plays out, we come out with a much better deal economically.
