I hope this will be useful in some ways at least for beginners like me.
the key how to do this is by knowing how daily chest works.
first, the moment your quest begins the timer for the next quest starts already, by taking advantage of this you can wait at least an hour before you start renting for the day and by doing so give you an extra hour for the next day.
second, the daily chest start an hour less from the previous chest meaning that if you open at 2pm you will get your chest tomorrow at 1pm.
the trick is to load your chest and wait an hour or so to give yourself some time for tomorrow.
so for example if you have a chest ready at 2pm and you are at a 100% ECR you open at 2 to load it and wait until 3 to start renting and finishing your quest and downing your ECR to 75%, this will mean that 1st your ECR tomorrow will be replenish 2nd because of how the chest works this will mean that your chest will start at 1pm tomorrow an hour ahead of today and if you factor your rent which you start at 3pm this mean that if you open at 1pm you will still have 2 hours to finish your next quest and once again downing your ECR to 75% or lower for maximum profit.
