Beauty is almost always identical with the physical beauty of women. When asked about beauty, what's on your mind? About skin color? Good hair? Or a charming face? Beauty itself would be an attraction especially the opposite sex. Pretty or not it is something that is not absolute. Everyone can be different opinions when asking which one is prettier or who is prettier. It's all because beauty in every culture is different, even the beautiful criteria of every person is different right?
This is what 'disturbs' the mind of Mihaela Noroc, a Romanian-born photographer who is curious about the diversity of women's beauty. He traveled the world to various countries for 4 years to photograph women who represent beauty in his country. He visited 60 countries, from Afghanistan to Iceland. His photography project this time is named after The Atlas of Beauty which you can now enjoy in the form of a collection of photographs of the same title.
According to Noroc, beauty is different and varied according to local culture. The faces of the women he portrayed were very distinctive and really represented the beauty of the local women. He also photographed the woman without any makeup makeup on the face so that the original beauty of every woman reflected very distinctly in the camera. He was inspired from his trip to Ethiopia and began to focus on studying photography. He also saved and got a sponsor from his country, Romania. Here are some portraits of beautiful women who have been photographed by Noroc from various countries.
