In my opinion, it is not a mistake to buy a few falling "dishes" on the medium-term dawntrend normal strategy for the accumulation of coins, it is important only that the project was of high quality.
I agree with these 5 concepts especially being able to accept a loss sometimes you have to accept it get out of the trade and move on.
Sometimes taking a loss make you realise how wrong you were about that trade. Thanks for your support!
2 and 3 are my favorites:). They go hand in hand. You research and find an awesome company. You buy shares based on it having a good relative price. Then it drops 20%. If it was a good prices last week, it's an even better price at this discount... The market is clearly making a mistake... Stop loss? Why use a stop loss when I can get so many more shares at a better price. I just have to wait for the market to realize their mistake:)
By the way, nice graphic and good reminder of our sins and human tendencies.
Averaging down is something that should be used very carefully. Stop Loss can cut your losses and that's a key factor for a sustainable ROI in trading. Maintain winnings, cut losses. At the end of the day is just about playing the numbers, taking a risk and getting an advantage.
