Chronos Crypto gives a tour and explains the Bitshares DEX, this is a great video for new users of bitshares to watch.
Trading on bitshares is a lot like trading on any other exchange like poloniex or bter, only secured on a blockchain. If you don't already have an account you can grab one here.
