RE: Who Is the One God of the Bible?

in #bible7 years ago (edited)

The bible has 2 gods written about. One is Yahweh..... One is 'The Lord'. The Lord is the lord of lies. There are plenty of annotated research crediting what parts to which. The Lord is the old testament, Satan essentially. The Lord is the jealous angry god. Fallen angels, the lot. Just like all religions with many deities.

This is unfortunately not correct according to Jewish law. When the bible (what you call the old testament) accords different names to Gd, it is essentially teaching he has different attributes. His essential name is he was is and always will be; the tetragrammaton. His other names are describing his other attributes; how he judges according to his different names.
