Ok, so then that is the total available basically, as it resets a full upvote every 2.4 hours (for most of these).

like now the "vote value" of buildawhale is nearly $4K while last time it was less than $1K, it's 4x higher
yes! I am in the middle of a post about my experiences with vote bidding as we speak. I love the bots with huge monetary values. :D
