Sorry to hear about Max's arthritis. All Max has to do is cut down on carbohydrates, sugar, soy, cereal grains and vegetable oils, and replace with fatty red meat. We are not designed to live on plant foods. Our digestion system can't break down plant fiber. Unlike carbs, fat doesn't raise our insulin levels. Biologically, we are carnivores, not omnivores not vegetarians. On Utube, see authors like Anthony Chafee, Benjamin Bickman, Shawn Baker, Thomas Seyfried, Sally Norton and Nina Teicholz among others. It turns out that fatty red meat is complete food that satisfies our nutritional requirements. Humans have been living on meat since the beginning of our existence. Plant foods were introduced to the human diet about 10,000 years ago. The food companies are just as evil as Big Pharma.
