lol, not surprised considering everything that gets listed there goes pretty much moon and the trading fees are insanely good.

It is!
sounds funny but in fact, it can be pretty dangerous, especially for the buyer.
There a lot of cases where people bought an account and the seller could restore later it and take the coins out of the account.
Similar things happened to 2nd Hand ledger Nano S , where the "scammer" installed a hidden software on the Hardware wallet and when the New User created a New Adress it became the exactly one the "Scammer" wanted to be.
