I brought a very fetching fact from my favorite topic do you guys know how do our lungs get the job done?
Our lungs work hard in transferring oxygen to whole parts of the body and taking back carbon dioxide. And you'll shock to know this is not even a work of a minute, in fact, it only requires hardly 15 seconds. Even when we are resting they're deliberately transporting oxygen into your bloodstream and moving carbon dioxide out.they're the part of a very serious business run by an intricate structure of organs and tissues- aka our respiratory system.
To keep us alive and breathing our lungs are on clock 24/7,365 day of a year. Breathing 12 to 15 minutes, translating to 17,000 breaths a day or more than 6 million breaths a year. And no vacation days! Here's how they get the job accomplished.
So keep your lungs fit and healthy by doing breathing workouts, in fact, I suggest you all a very effective yoga practice 'anulom-vilom'. Sounds healthy. what do you think guys?
