The allele for yellow is only d. To get the probabilty for yellow eyes you only need to consider the genotypes of the parents concerning the gene D (eye color, with the alleles D and d).
That means because of the genotypes of the parents you get Dd X Dd. The possible results are then DD, Dd, Dd and dd, where only dd leads to yellow eyes. Then the probability of dd obviously is 1/4, as @a-condor correctly wrote.
