The homemade buns really seal the deal on this recipe. Mushrooms, dried tomatoes, and walnuts, these dogs are screaming umami! Although I'm not a fan of imitation commercially produces veggie dogs, these dogs shouldn't even be compared with such monstrosities. Keep up the awesome culinary creations chef.
