Here I will show you how to transfer SBD or STEEM from Steemit to Bittrex or any other Digital Currency Exchange and how to buy and sell cryptocurrency on Bittrex.
- First of all, you need some SBD or STEEM in your Steemit wallet and verified Bittrex account. Here's a link : Bittrex
Bittrex Account Full Verification
In case you don't have a verified Bittrex account here, here's how to do it in just a few steps. After you create your Bittrex account and confirm it by mail, go to Settings. ( You don't have to do this for transfer crypto, but it would be a good to get it done. )
The second thing to fully verified Bittrex acc is Enhanced Verification. Just follow the steps and that is it. You will be asked for some kind of identification such as a driver's license, passport or ID and your photo, so prepare all this. Verification can take a long time, longer than written so don't worry.
1. From Steemit to Bittrex
Go to your wallet on Steemit. It doesn't matter if you want to transfer STEEM or SBD, the procedure is the same.
Choose what you will transfer and by clicking on amount choose Transfer and it will open Transfer to Account window. Here you can see what you need:
- TO: in this case bittrex
- Amount: how much you want to transfer
- Memo: you will find Memo on Bittrex and here's how :
Go to your wallet on Bittrex and in the search bar type SBD or STEEM ( depends on which you transferring ) When you find it press that + on left side and it will open deposit window where you need to generate new address after that it will show you your memo and it will look like shown in the picture down. Copy that memo and paste it to Steemit.
Basically, that it. Waite about 10 minutes and SDB // STEEM will appear on your Bittrex account.
2. SBD/STEEM to BTC
Go to your wallet on Bittrex and in the search bar type SBD or STEEM if you haven't already.
Press the currency symbol (SBD) you want to sell or buy and it will open all the information on that currency in this case for SBD.Now, that we have transferred some SBD to our Bittrex wallet, we should sell it. Now it's up to you when you want and for how much you want to sell it. Take a little look at the Timeline, Order Book, Last price, 24h HIGH and 24H LOW.
I can't teach you when to buy or sell.
Once you decide to sell, go to the section that I've labeled with a red color.There you have two things to fill up.
- The first is Units - how many currencies you want to sell. If you want to sell it all, just press max or type amount you want to sell.
- Another field to fill in is the Price you sell. I always go with the last price.
- In Total field will show you how much you will get BTC for that amount and that price.
Then press -sell ... check again it all and if you are if that is it, again confirm it and you got your first amount of BTCa.
Now buy the currencies you want same way you buy/sell SBD, same thing is with buying. You do this in this green part. Fill fields and currency is yours or just stay in BTC.
On Youtubu you have videos that will explain when and how to buy or sell. You can find currency prediction on the net. Keep track of everything, learn, ask, and maybe in future you will earn some money of it.
12 days ago I started to do this active. I also transfer SDB to Bittrex in the amount of about $ 450. Now,currently I'm at about $ 600. With that, I withdraw $ 100 for the new midi keyboard. I hope this post will help you and wish you best luck.
