why BINANCE offering $250k bounty?

One of the mejor cryptocurrency exchange binance is offering a huge amount of $250k for a tip off about hackers.

This HONG-KONG based exchange announced 250,000 USD for anyone who supplies information about hackers that leads to the arrest of the hackers involved in the practise of hacking the exchange on 7th March, 2018.
