John De Mall, the founder of reality TV, Big Brother, failed to reach agreement with social networking site Facebook, on cryptocurrency ads Bitcoin using his image to promote it.
Facebook had issued an ad about encryption using its image without his approval, causing damage to the famous Dutch billionaire, including financial losses of 1.7 million euros.
According to Reuters in the wake of the deadlock between the famous site and the owner of the reality TV program, de Mall asked the courts to issue a ruling in this regard quickly to compensate his losses.

Facebook hesitates to expose fake Bitcoin ads:
The two sides have been negotiating for 3 months about the measures Facebook was taking to block fake Bitcoin ads, and the reality TV owner predicted that the popular site had not negotiated in good faith.
John De Mol said: “It seems the company is collaborating just because a smokescreen has hidden its reluctance to put the required measures in the right time and in the right way.”
Also, when the lawsuit was filed last June, Facebook took a long time to remove misleading ads, further exacerbating the damage to John de Mol, as he explained.
