Interesting interview. I somewhat agree with what you said. I do preach personal responsibility and also the tribalism and uselessness from it. And how the good old trick of openings the window to government and their regulation after experiencing some crash or volatility.

Your point about social media, i would want to know if you going to ignore to your listeners feedback then why you want to be a part of a conversation that you don't want to deal with the response?
Some people can't stand negative feedback, their goal is pure popularity. They feel it is possible to attain/maintain the popularity if they conduct themselves in a passive-aggressive manner. It is not healthy, it may work in terms of "social media clout" though.
