I came across a crypto gem last week while on YouTube. A commercial for Mega Cryptopolis came across my screen so I just had to check it out. I have been hearing for quite some time that apps being built on top of Ethereum would change everything and Mega Cryptopolis is one of the first use cases. Think of it not as a game so much as investing in virtual real estate. In many aspects it works exactly like real-world real estate.
I purchased two blocks of land, both for about $110.00 in Ether and within the first week have already seen my first payout of around $7 in Ether. Not too bad. As surrounding blocks sell I get paid a tax and the value of my real estate increases. Just like real-world real estate. It's a very interesting concept indeed.
