Nuclei is the proprietary currency token created specifically to support Nucleus blockchain. Nuclei cannot be exchanged for other coins with the direct exchange functions without burning funds. This means that if you want to swap BTC or ETH to Nuclei in your wallet you need to burn these BTC or ETH or whatever coin you like to swap with Nuclei. Because of this a Proof-of-Burn function is available in Nucleus. Burning coins means that those burnt coins will become unspendable from anyone in the future. This process is intended to create a real value for Nuclei tokens, since if the Nuclei tokens are created based on a fixed burning conversion rate the burnt coins gives a precise and concrete backvalue to those created coins. But Nuclei can be also exchanged on "standard cryptocurrencies exchange" being themselves cryptocurrencies tokens.
NucleusChain ICO will start on 2nd September 2016 and will end on 30th September 2016.

How is managed the tokens distribution?
Differently from other latest successful ICOs such Ether or Lisk, we are offering to our investors and supporters an holding of 95% of total tokens, i.e the total majority of coin supply.
Totals tokens issued for ICO are 75 Millions (75000000 NCLT).
ICO investors will be able to purchse a total amount of 70000000 NCL (70 M)in exchange for their BTC.
5 Millions NCL tokens will fund Nucleus Foundation Vault. These funds will be used for Bounties program and marketing campaigns.
Each NCL token will be sold at 0,00001 satoshis per coin, for a total of 750 BTC.
