Should i Hodl, Should i sell, what should i do? Let's find out!
Hi, first of all let me be totally clear about my post, i am not a financial adviser, a crypto guru, a technical analyst or anything like that I am a crypto enthusiast and i have been investing and studying the markets for the last year. So the info i am providing is all backed by numbers and facts regarding the crypto markets in the last year and i hope it will benefit some of you who are still confusing about investing in cryptocurrencies.
I have checked the crypto market prices on 01/01/2017 based on the coinmarketcap.com snapshot and here is what we can see (the facts): the first 20 top currencies in that time have all gone up from 7x to 330x your investment (at the current prices today 23/12/2017).
You can check for yourself and do the math, so let me give some examples:
Dash - 119x
Augur - 20x
Waves - 64x
Doge - 34x
Ethereum - 91x
Litecoin - 69x
lisk - 160x
Stellar - 104x
Monero - 30x
and so on. The worst investment would have been Iconomi that only gone up 7x, so if you had invested $1000 you would have now $7000.
Even if you just had bought Bitcoin and hold it for one year you would have a gain of 16x your investment.
So basically any investment in coins that were promising one year ago, would have made you amazing profit.
So instead of chasing the easy money, the next big ICO, the next big thing, do some research on the cryptos, invest and let them stay there for at least 6 months to one year, let them get to 10x and then take the profit. There is no other place in the world right now where you can get these returns.
2018 will be the year where a lot of people will start buying cryptocurrencies, this will be the year to make really good money, so be smart and never invest what you cant aford to lose.
