I honestly do not know a magic formula to progress on steemit, you guys found my posts and took the time to comment on them so I have been returning the favour. It is a good idea that you have built a group to help yourselves grow - that is a very clever step. There are many Discord channels you can join for chat and learning to grow - look at the https://steemit.com/steemit/@guidesteemit/guidesteemit-voting-bot-for-1-month-join-our-channel-you-will-get-more-information channel which has a good group of people working together to help each other out.
