dont expect any funds at btc-e to still be there. US govt will seal it.
since the server is located in Kansas (USA) it is ruled by US law.

The transactions were send 1-2 hours before Bitcoin fall down from $2750 at 25 July.. Coincidence? Still no official info from BTC-e admins.

Too bad if this would be the case. BTC-E has been around for a long time. Let's hope the two matters are unrelated.
