btc is actually gradually and slowly going up, note that there are many whales here want to put the sell walls and also themselves buying it up. they do this so that they want to buy more while at the cheapest price when people are so fearful of btc going down (fear mongering). This explains why there are so many sell walls but you see in the 1 day chart it is slowly moving up increasing price in a quiet and soft pace. Their sell walls in the order book gets cancelled after some time and you see the same figure going up another level, e.g. 11000 become 11100....(they do this levelling) the poor guys who fall for this would sell at the price lower than those sell walls, so those whales themselves buy up the cheap sale by convincing the sellers.
