Genesis Mining stopped payments to clients a week ago. This is the first time I saw this happen in my 12 months at Genesis Mining.
Yesterday Genesis Mining made a statement on their website that there was a hacker that got into their system and with made withdrawals.

How much I don’t know. It does not seem to be a lot because Genesis Mining noted in the statement that will resume payments shortly and there will be no low to members. This tells me that they will absorb the cost of the loss to the hacker and keep paying us the full amount outstanding.
The Good News is...
I got paid yesterday! After 1 week of no payments I did get paid on 27 July. So the payment I got is for 21 July. Not sure how Genesis Mining will catch-up 1 week of payments, but will keep you posted.

Yes, got paid again for 22 July. They are still way behind.
My buddy hasn't gotten anything from them since the 22nd. Talked to him about an hour ago. He hasn't had any payouts for a week, let alone the two per day that Genesis promised a couple of days ago.
This has Ponzi written all over it. Struggle to make payments. Make promises. Make a few tiny payments, then make more promises. Ponzi scammers always make lots of promises right before they leave town.
On the 31 July I got all my payments for the last 7 days in one payment. But nothing now for 3 days. I still believe they will pay and are not scammers. Hold thumbs. :)
