The next day he tweeted again clarifying that his previous had a typo and his predicted price for Bitcoin wasn't actually $25,000, but in fact $250,000:
With the bearish trends continuing and all the problems with bitcoin transaction speed and transaction fee, do you think Tim's prediction holds any water?

Although I am a bitcoin believer and a blockchain fanatic, there's no way bitcoin gets to $250,000 in 4 years. Sorry I disagree with the legend of silicon valley :(

With bitcoin's transaction speed and transaction fee it is impossible to achieve a bullish run similar to 2017.
